Agreed.

Goodness is undervalued. I’d predict that other things equal, the politer/nicer person is more likely to succeed.
People often thing that rudeness comes with skills, but I’d guess that’s mostly biased/incorrect thinking.
3. On success
4. CEOs don’t need to be insanely smart. But, you might need to be very smart.
5. On fundraising
You can and should ask potential investors “will you invest?” or “under what circumstances will you invest?” or “how likely is it that you will invest?”
